My new approach to life is working
Lately Ive been using the intenet to source recipes to make my own things such as household items like cleaners, food and clothes so that my family are more reliant on ourselves and less on the greed of markets. Its amazing how easy it is to live an old style kind of living within a modern world. Our food shopping bill gets shorter and shorter as we continue to learn how to make our own things using whats already on hand, becoming more self sufficient and living with nature. This weekend Im heading to the mountains for a picnic and grounding with Earth Mother

Im loving the DIY era. my partner loves recycling too, he'll go in search of hard rubbish that people put out front of their house, and he'll collect it and turn it into something new. His faavourite material to work is wood especially with the natural knots and twists within the wood- he loves bringing out its beauty.

likewise it makes for interesting gifts too.. i had to start making my own dishsoap cuz washing dishes with toxic ingredients really agitates my small eczema issue.. alep soap/b. soda/washing soda has got my hands feeling incredible now!

Oh thats excellent to hear AwakenYaMind! I have eczema too and I know how horrible that is. Ive had to stop buying commercial washing liquid because it just irritates my skin along with the fluoride in the water. I cant wait until I leave this toxic town and live in the mountains.

Yes- Ive got Aloe Vera growing in a pot in my backyard too. A friend gifted them to me as she was worried that they might die like the one last one she had. Their leaves aren't big enough to harvest yet, I'll have to wait a bit for those. Yes the toxic industries are making a beeline for my town, we have a RAAF base not far from here which got more funding for the Govt- BOOOO >.< I will be gifting my home area with orgonite crystals before I leave and take out some mobile phone towers too :D
