I love this state. Best state I've ever lived in...not trying to be "statist". ;)

I'm all for a voluntaryist society, but we have to change the system internally
because that mimics the way "they" are destroying the Constitution in America. Max Igan understands the power of local involvement and that is why we are all here. People feel helpless these days, but I keep telling them that the first thing they can do is talk about their concerns with their neighbors and then get involved to change these issues together at the local level. We are many and "they" are few.

Do you know about the Fabian Society? The Constitution was a coup d'etat foisted on our country by con men, and either allowed the form of government we now have, or has been powerless to stop it.…

I understand these things, but honestly, we're in deep. I think we need to change at the local level and take the responsibility on in order to topple that system that is in place. It's not going to happen in a day and, despite what anyone says about the Constitution, it has a meaning to it that cannot be denied.
The Constitution is just a reminder of what we have always had. No one can grant freedom to anyone. I think the biggest thing that we need to do is learn how to kick some ass with things like Krav maga… If we feel like we are prepared to fight with our bare hands, it will create a sense of bravery that is definitely lacking. A little backbone goes a long way.

Agree with you on being able to defend ones self, I started studying marshal arts when I was 15 years old, and that was many, many, many moons ago. One of the first lessons you learn in street fighting techniques is to run, if you can, otherwise, know when you're out-gunned and hand over your wallet, if that's all they're asking for. Being injured or killed, and therefore bringing to bear on another injury or death in defense, is an absolute last resort. The social contract we have with our governments should NOT be likened to a street fight, it's unfortunate that that's the position they've put us in. I have to wholly disagree with you on the notion that the Constitution is a reminder of anything. It's not, it's a contract that the federal government is attempting to impose through force, fraud and coercion. It's a fatally flawed document in so many ways, and it was known at the time of ratification that this was so. Spooner merely became a commentator on it in the early 1800's, but before him, many good Americans resisted the Founding Lawyer's coup d'etat. The Bill of Rights may enumerate those rights with which we've been endowed by our Creator, whatever you choose to think that is, but the Constitution is not the same thing, and it has specifically been designed to erode those rights as a flawed contract with neither checks nor balances against it's power. This was done intentionally, and then rushed through ratification, while every manner of dirty trick was pulled to ensure it's passing. This is the highest form of treason, and the Founding Fathers should have been hung for their crimes.

I understand. So what do we do to fix it?

Voluntary non-compliance and non-participation, to start with, on an individual basis, no matter the penalties and risk. Learn to live virtuously and courageously, then seek out other like minded individuals, and build a support network, be the support others need to make these bold changes, and expect the same in return. Get your mindset on. Prepare yourself mentally for the worst. Figure out what you're going to do in prison, how will you live your life behind bars? Come to terms with the fact that you may lose all material possessions, including your life. They can kill us, but they will NEVER defeat us. Divest yourself of everything you own, nothing owned, nothing risked, look into asset protection before you begin to stand up for yourself. Become self-reliant in the four necessities of life; food, clothing, shelter, and medicine. Encourage barter networks and promote alternative currencies within your community. Find ways to earn a living through cash, goods, or service exchanges. Build community gardens to grow food and medicine, get your neighbors involved, support your local CSA. Provide wholesome, uplifting distraction and entertainment through art, storytelling, and music. Build community lifeboats, the S.S. America is sinking, the ship of state has been seized by pirates, and they've run the ship aground! If you are inclined to explore political strategies, try to resume control by becoming the government, instead of fighting it. Run for office, infiltrate at every single level possible, start local! Join the World Government of World Citizens and assume the identity of a World Citizen, and participate in defining what an equitable world government would look like. Consider working on constitutional amendments, such as getting the "missing" 13th amendment of 1810 recognized, it was ratified, then buried! The 16th amendment wasn't properly ratified, with enough critical mass, in the millions, the fight for this could force the matter. I'm not too optimistic about the possibility of successful peaceful political change. I'm even less optimistic about the success of armed rebellion. I think the only hope is defensible, parallel systems of economics. Create local banks, insurance funds, and energy collectives. On a community level, learn how to grow your own solar panels, make alcohol fuel, generate hydrogen from water, build passive solar homes, or retrofit existing homes. Build alternative, parallel everything! Nothing scares the government more, or is more of a threat to it, than making it irrelevant! I'm sure I'm forgetting 10,000 things, but that's a start off the top of my head.

People are not going to do that. Sorry, they aren't. It's a good idea, but they are not going to go for it. And it will not eliminate the corrupt psychos from trying to create their idea of a utopian society. The kind of world they envision is what drives them forward. They are crazy and they need to be exposed and removed.

I disagree, people are already doing it my dear. And it's up to us to be the solution. Go right ahead and try to expose and remove the crazies, see how far you get. I wish you luck.

I also want to point out Scotland choosing not to secede from the EU because the corporations threatened to pull out. People are cowards. It's just a fact. It's also a fact that the "bad guys" have think tanks that sit around getting paid massive amounts of money in order to bring about this NWO. We are not organized and together on these issues. People are divided and scattered and scared.

So, what's your solution?
Saturday 6 February 2016, 16:46:41
[deleted user]
The solution is to utilize the Convention of States to harness the power of the people. The Constitution was built upon the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence. It is a start and then we can progress locally as that is what the COS does. Eventually, we can get to the ideal society that you propose. I honestly don't see any other way at the moment. I came to this forum to learn about other ways of doing things and I am thankful to you and everyone that has taught me a new way of looking at it. But we can't set up shop right now til the Feds are dealt with - they fear being exposed for the charlatans that they are. The Constitution is not bad, the people in the fed gov are criminals using it in the wrong way since they have had a secret constitution since 1871. The secret corporation that has to be removed and the only way is to expose them as the frauds that they are.

I think this is a view shared by many, that the incorporation of the states in 1871 is the flaw. I don't think it is. You must go further back to the founding and realize that the federal government was purposely used to replace the articles of confederation in a coup d'etat. We need to wake up to this reality and stop pretending that Hamilton, Madison, Jay, Morris and Washington are anything other than traitors. The Constitution IS bad, it's fatally flawed, and it was designed so. That's not to say that it can't be repaired, with a lot of work, I'm not saying it's a hopeless cause. But anyone who thinks we can just "go back" to the Constitution and everything will be okay, is deluding themselves. Research the anti-federalists positions on the Constitution, read about what they warned would happen under it, and see if it isn't prophetic. Study how it was passed, It wasn't even ratified properly! The whole damn thing is one giant fraud, from start to end. I'm not proposing an ideal society, far from it! In an ideal society you wouldn't have to jump around through these nonsensical hoops I'm proposing. It's a parallel society, that allows people to function in minimal ways despite the tyranny of the Constitution and the body of statutory law that has grown up around it. Many of us are actively doing it now, and rather successfully too, but it's not ideal.
Saturday 6 February 2016, 22:37:56
[deleted user]
But that parallel society does not correct the imminent danger we all face at the hands of these crazy lunatic psycho killers, does it? They are ruthless and will stop at nothing to get what they want. We cannot deny that fact. They need to be dealt with properly and on paper because I do not want to see a civil war in this country or WWIII which is brewing now that Korea is up to no good....ugh. My head

[deleted user]
Nope, I agree with that. They are crazy, and will stop at nothing, which is why I don't think they'll allow us to make any paper changes and get away with it. They never impeach, they never fine, they never arrest the criminals that are getting away with rape, robbery, and mass murder in the government, and in the multi-national corporations. They've already played that game, they're masters at it, and they always change the damn rules just when you think you've got them by the, ahem, current set of rules. I don't have all the answers, don't pretend to, this is a very tough predicament we've gotten ourselves into here, and it's going to take enormous amounts of creativity and effort to make this change. But we have to start somewhere and do things that 1) affect our personal place within the matrix, and 2) wrestle the Earth back from these people. Don't let all the negativity in the world get to you, you can't change what Korea is doing, but you can change what you're doing, and help your neighbor change what they're doing! You have to look at the positive solutions, and follow your heart towards whatever it is that it tells you is the right solution, for you. That's all we can do, no?
