Crazy idea!!!!!!! Would some of you like we meet on Skype? Let's say once a week just to chat about what is going on around us, the awakening, New World Order, and whatever we have in mind about the nature of reality? I would very much like this. And it would be for free!!! Is this a good idea? Otherwise how to upload a picture here? I have no idea.
bazzzilll brilliant Carol, but in my experience people don't like to! but I would as a way to learn from each other

Carol Thanks. We must keep this in mind. Let's see what happens. Somewhere we must begin.
[deleted user] We've been experimenting with Ring based on the suggestions of others here, and so far, seems to work pretty well. See http://ring.cx for more info, still in testing, but so far, works well enough.

Carol Thanks. But I would like to know if there are some people out there who would like to come in contact with others by sharing live on the net. I didn't ask about another program. Nonetheless do you have experiences or groups already in touch with each other?
[deleted user] This is not a crazy idea Carol, some of us are already meeting up online to discuss these things. If you would like to join us, you are welcome, we use Ring, not Skype, the URLs have been provided. If you would like to form a Skype meetup, more power to you, but Skype is owned by Microsoft and all conversations go through their servers where everything is recorded and filtered by NSA/CIA programs. Who cares? I don't, but others here feel more secure with peer-to-peer communications, in which no servers are involved, and Ring seems to be the FCP "standard".

Carol All right. I needed the extra information because I am cautious with new programs. After I join ring.cx then what? How will I find the group you mention?

[deleted user] You don't join ring.cx, that's the URL to download the program, there's nothing to join. Now, finding us is a problem, because there is no "group" to join, there are only individuals with ring IDs, I'm still trying to figure it out myself, so maybe others with more experience could chime in and help us figure out how to manage groups, contact lists, meetups, etc. with this tool.

[deleted user] What happened to your computer bazzzilll? What kind of computer, Windows, Mac, or Linux? Several us have been using it for a few weeks now, and so far, nothing like this has happened? Can you describe what it did so the rest of us can be on the lookout?

bazzzilll windows, screen went black stay so for 3/4 days, eventually got a windows start up screen, recommending I run a launch repar start up which I did and then finding ring had been removed in the process!!!
[deleted user] Thanks for the info. The Windows computers here are all on Win 7 too, so it's not just some shenanigans being pulled by Windows 8 or worse, 10. Most likely, this is a hard disk problem of some sort, either coincidentally with Ring, or something in the Ring package went haywire. If you're getting a black screen on startup, it could very well be something that has gone bad during boot up. You might want to run ScanDisk to check your disks for errors, the average hard disk only has a 5 year warranty, and they can start to go bad even before that, SSD's even earlier, then again, I've seen some run for decades. Before you scan your disk, make sure you have a complete back up. I assume you have Virus scanning AND malware protection?
