Breaking news about crApple. "FBI Wins Court Order Forcing Apple to Install Backdoor in iPhone Security Systems" http://globalresearch.ca/fbi-w… Never supported them myself. Why would anybody purchase a spypod or spyphone when they can get the same type "services" for free (and not surveilled) with Linux?

Thanks for bringing this up. I figured the backdoor and moral bankruptcy was there from the start. Apple has always used forced slave labor product assembly haven't they? Where can I find out more about Linux? Got any good links to share?

Hi Gaynor, I'm using Linux Mint, cinnamon edition: http://linuxmint.com/ I'm using it as a dual boot option so I can keep my old win7. The whole thing works very smoothly and I,m very happy!

Here's a link to start your "studies" about Linux. http://distrowatch.com/ On the right hand side a little down is the ranking of the top 100 Linux "flavors". All free...no cost...nada. No place for assholes to hide in Linux code and put in malicious code, therefor no viruses or malware. As for which flavor to start with?...look at the rankings....go with the flow and start with Linux Mint for a #1 choice. Choosing a Linux for the first try is like buying a car. everybody is gonna tell ya to buy their favorite kind of car. That linked Linux ranking list is there for a reason. Mint is the least problematic over the years and works first time out of the box with all your toys installed automatically.
